At HER Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging and gently used.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your HER Beauty account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the beauty products back into their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
